Terms

These terms cover the use of Mintcanopy as a publication: you may read it, you may not scrape it into another product and present the text as yours, and you may not treat a worked example as advice given to you.

The lines Mintcanopy keeps on Terms, written as a table so the page can be checked without rereading every paragraph.

Reading and reuse

You may read Mintcanopy and you may quote a short passage with a link to the page. You may not copy a review into another product and present the sentences as your own research. You may not train a public model on the full text and ship that model as a competing review desk. The drawings of product screens are ours, made to show a navigation and a table, and they are not the vendor's artwork either.

No professional relationship

Using the site does not make you a client. The financial disclaimer is part of these terms. A worked example is not delivered to you as advice. If you rely on a percent in a review, check the vendor's current screen before you fund an account, because a contract between you and the vendor is not a contract with Mintcanopy.

Accounts, carts, and the law that fits

If you create an account, you are responsible for the password and for what is sent under it. The cart and the checkout apply only to items this site sells, not to third-party software. These terms are governed by the law of the place the desk operates, without creating a venue you did not expect for an ordinary reading of a review. If a sentence here conflicts with a consumer right you cannot waive, that right wins and the rest of the sentence remains.

What you may do with the words

Quote a short passage with a link. Do not paste a review into another product and call it your research. Do not ship a model trained on the full text as a competing desk. The screen drawings are ours and they are not the vendor's artwork. Reading does not make you a client. Check the vendor's live fee before you fund anything, because your contract is with them.

An account password is yours to keep. The cart sells only what Mintcanopy itself sells. A consumer right you cannot waive still wins if a sentence here conflicts with it.

A quotation, and a copy that is not allowed

You may quote the sentence that Harbor Path charges 0.25 percent, with a link to the review. You may not paste the review into a product and call it your research. You may not ship a model trained on the full text of Mintcanopy as a competing desk. The screen drawings are ours. They are not the vendor's artwork, and they are not a license to the vendor's interface. Reading does not make you a client. The worked examples are not advice delivered to you. Check the live fee before you fund anything, because your contract is with the vendor.

An account password is yours to keep. The cart sells only what this site itself sells, which at present is not the reviewed products. A consumer right you cannot waive still wins if a sentence here conflicts with it. The rest of the sentence remains. These terms are the rules of a publication, not a brokerage agreement.

The drawings

The window, the traffic lights, the left navigation, and the table are drawn by Mintcanopy so a reader can see the layout of a fee screen without a capture that belongs to the vendor. You may not lift those drawings into another product. You may not claim they are the vendor's official art. The vendor may not claim them either. A short quotation of the words, with a link, is the reuse that is allowed. Training a public model on the full text and shipping it as a desk is not. The cart, if it ever charges a card, charges only for something this site sells. It does not novate your contract with Harbor Path or with anyone else reviewed here.

What you can lift

You can quote a short passage and link the page. You can tell a colleague the percent. You cannot paste a review into a product and call it your research, and you cannot train a public model on the full text of Mintcanopy and ship that model as a desk. The drawings of windows and tables are ours, made so the navigation is visible, and they are not the vendor's art. Reading does not make you a client. The cart sells only what this site sells. A right you cannot waive still wins over a conflicting sentence.

A link is the reuse

Quote the percent and link the review. Do not paste the review into another product. Do not train a public model on the whole of Mintcanopy and ship it as a desk. The window drawings are ours and not the vendor's artwork. You are not a client because you read. The cart is not your contract with a reviewed company. A consumer right you cannot waive still wins if one sentence conflicts with it.

The line between a citation and a copy

You may tell a colleague that Harbor Path's screen showed 0.25 percent on an $80,000 taxable row, and you may link them to the review. You may not drop the review, the fee walk, and the drawings into a product that presents them as original research. You may not train a public model on the full text of Mintcanopy and offer that model as a desk. The traffic-light window and the table are our drawings of a layout, not a license to the vendor's interface and not their marketing art. Reading this does not open an account with us. If a checkout on this site ever takes a card, it takes it for something we sell, not for a reviewed plan. A right you cannot waive still beats a conflicting sentence.
