Koyfin is a terminal for market and company data. You pay a monthly or annual subscription. It does not hold your brokerage account.
On the monthly prices, the plans are $0, $39, $79, and $209. Premium is $79 a month, for looking at markets and portfolios. Advisor Core is $209 a month, for advisors who want reporting and a basic connection to a custodian. The $39 plan and the free plan sit beside those two.
If you pay annually, switch the toggle on Koyfin's pricing page and read that column. The monthly prices are not the annual contract. Advisor Pro is a step above Advisor Core. Its price is on that page too. Don't assume $209 is the most Koyfin charges.
A year of Premium at the monthly rate is $948. A year of Advisor Core is $2,508. That is the right comparison with a software budget. It is the wrong comparison with an advisory fee. Seventy-nine dollars a month is not a percent of your portfolio, and it does not rebalance the account.
TradingView is the neighboring product if what you want is a chart and an alert. Essential there is $12.95 a month when billed annually. It is a different tool.
